We accept most insurance plans, however we do not accept Regular Medicaid and all Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Care. We will check all insurance information and discuss all payment options if there are any issues before your scheduled appointment. Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance are due at the time of your appointment. You are responsible for obtaining a referral from your primary care physician. If you do not have the referral on file at the time of your visit we will have to reschedule your appointment. We also process all claims electronically.
